Currently Free Shipping via ePacket/China Post Air Parcel, You can choose Others from the following express shipping options: DHL, FedEx, UPS, TNT, EMS, China Post Registered Air Mail, China Post Ordinary Small Packet Plus, , HongKong Post Air Parcel, Russian Air, and S.F. Express.

The table below illustrates various shipping options estimated tracking and delivery times available for each country. Tracking information and delivery times may based on customs requirements, holiday delays, weather conditions, etc.

Returns Options

All online customers have a statutory right to cancel their order at any time up to 7 days after receipt of the goods.

30 days to return your products. All goods returned must be in a new unused condition together with all tags and label intact and in a suitable condition to be resold.

There is no need to call or email before you return the item.

Fill out the returns form included in your order, or contact us with your order number to get a replacement returns form if you can’t locate the one that was included in your order.

All returns or exchanges must be packaged securely and sent back to the address on the returns label provided on your returns form. Please ensure you request a proof of postage from your local Post Office when you are sending the goods back to us. We are unable to accept returns in person at our registered office. Please note that credits can take up to 10 days to be processed after return of goods.
